On June 10, 2022, the final workshop of the ROADMAP project will be organized at the main seat of the Italian Civil Protection Department.
The workshop will be an opportunity to show the results of the project, in particular to present the “Doctrine on disaster risk and crisis management” intended as a shared understanding of disaster management between decision-makers and scientific actors.
The workshop will also be the launching event of ROADMAP, the “European observatory on disaster risk and crisis management best practices” that, based on the collaborative process initiated during the project, shall continue the activities relying on a community of stakeholders formed by both National Civil Protections and research institutions to support the policy-science interaction at EU and Country levels in terms of DRM, possibly forming the embryo of a Community for the European Observatory of good practices, to improve the knowledge, understanding and replicability of GPs in DRM.
